Herciu is a young Romanian artist from Bacău County (Romania) who, with the help and blessing of the Holy Spirit, has hand painted the Stations of the Cross for St. Stephen’s Episcopal Church.

Herciu es un artista rumano joven del Condado de Bacău (Rumania) quien, con la ayuda y la bendición del espiritu santo, ha pintado de mano la Via de la Cruz para la Iglesia Episcopal de San Esteban.
